Oliveri Re-Elected To New Castle Fire Commissioner Seat Amid High Turnout CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Anthony Oliveri was easily re-elected to his seat on the Board of Fire Commissioners for New Castle Fire District No. 1, the entity that oversees the Chappaqua Fire Department. “The incumbent candidate won by a pretty wide margin,” said Paul Eiden, who is in charge of elections for the fire district.
