Seiler Sworn In For Mount Kisco Library Board Term MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Mount Kisco Library Board Trustee Bernie Seiler was sworn in for another term on Tuesday night. The swearing in took place at the Village Board of Trustees meeting and was administered by Mayor Michael Cindrich. Town Board Approves Lease For Chappaqua Crossing's Wallace Auditorium CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. --  The Wallace Auditorium at Chappaqua Crossing will soon be used as an arts and cultural center following the New Castle Town Board's unanimous approval of a lease for the building. The lease, which was approved at the board's meeting last Tuesday, runs for one year for a term coinciding with all of 2016. Planning Board Approves Chappaqua Crossing Retail Project CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Capping off months of review work, the New Castle Planning Board gave Chappaqua Crossing owner Summit/Greenfield approvals that it needs for its retail project.
