Demonstrators In Chappaqua Seek Clinton's Take On Pipeline Near Nuke Plant CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Nearly two dozen demonstrators gathered in Hillary Clinton's hometown recently, calling on her to weigh in on a planned expansion of the Algonquin natural-gas pipeline near the Indian Point nuclear power plant. North Castle Library Holding Readings By Alan Sklar ARMONK, N.Y. -- Voice actor Alan Sklar will read from a pair of works by author Lawrence Block at a North Castle Public Library gathering.
