Seen Her? 16-Year-Old Goes Missing From Westchester A 16-year-old girl from Westchester County has been missing for more than a month.  Yonkers resident Shakura Webb-McCullough has been missing since Friday, Jan. 27, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.  Webb-McCullough is described as Black and has black hair and brown eyes. She is five feet five inches and 115 pounds.  Anyone with any information regarding Webb-McCullough's whereabouts is asked to call Yonkers Police at 1-914-377-7900.
