Seen Her? 16-Year-Old Goes Missing From Westchester A 16-year-old girl from Westchester County has been missing for more than a month. Yonkers resident Shakura Webb-McCullough has been missing since Friday, Jan. 27, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Webb-McCullough is described as Black and has black hair and brown eyes. She is five feet five inches and 115 pounds. Dog Found Tied To Tree, Left Overnight In Westchester Park A pit bull puppy left tied to a tree over the span of a night in Westchester County was saved by police. On Sunday, Feb. 26, police in Yonkers responded to Smith O’Hara Levine Park behind Wolffe Street after they were notified about the puppy. There, they found the pit bull tied to a tree. It was likely that the dog was stuck there for the entirety of the night before, according to Yonkers Police. 27-Year-Old Who Graduated From College In NY Killed In Israel Terrorist Attack A 27-year-old Connecticut man who graduated from a university in New York was killed in a terrorist attack in Israel. Elan Ganeles, who grew up in West Hartford and attended the Hebrew High School of New England, died in an attack in near Jericho in the West Bank Monday night, Feb. 27, according to US Ambassador to Israel Tom Nides. Bomb Threat Made At Court In Northern Westchester, Prompts Evacuation A court in Northern Westchester was evacuated and searched following a bomb threat, police said. On Monday, Feb. 27, around 10:20 a.m., police were sent to Peekskill City Court after a report of a possible bomb threat that had been placed, according to Peekskill Police. 'Giving, Generous' Family Loses Home On Son's Birthday In Northern Westchester A beloved family from Northern Westchester that lost their home in a fire and is known for often lending help to their community is now receiving an outpouring of support in return.
