West New York Man Groped 12-Year-Old Girl: Prosecutor A 20-year-old West New York man was arrested and charged on Friday, June 20 after he groped a 12-year-old girl, authorities said. At 6 p.m., West New York police were notified that a 12-year-old girl was groped by Victor ConsiguaSaloj at Bergenline Avenue and 58th Street, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Officers located the victim, a guardian and a witness who positively identified ConsiguaSaloj and he was taken into custody, Suarez said. He is charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Suarez said.

Motorcyclist Critically Injured In Franklin Twp Crash: Police A 45-year-old Somerset man was critically injured following a crash between a motorcycle and a vehicle Saturday night, June 21, authorities said. At 10:41 p.m., a 2022 Ducati V4 motorcycle was traveling southbound on Cedar Grove Lane toward Pierce Street when he it crashed into a 2008 Lexus, Franklin Township police said. The rider sustained critical injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, police said. The occupants of the Lexus were not seriously injured, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.
