State Police Seeking Man For Questioning In Fraud, Identity Theft Case NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Brewster Barracks are seeking a man for questioning in connection with credit card fraud and identity theft investigations. State Police released a photo of the suspect taken in September from security camera footage at a Walgreen's in Chappaqua. House Fire Displaces Mount Kisco Family MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- A family in Mount Kisco was displaced by an early morning fire, according to Carolyn Sherwin, a volunteer spokeswoman for the area's Red Cross chapter. The Red Cross responded at about 5 a.m. to the fire, she explained, adding that it was at a home at 125 Spring St. The family displaced includes two adults and four children, Sherwin said. The family has since been given emergency shelter, according to Sherwin. Town Becoming Direct Landlord For Bedford Hills Post Office BEDFORD HILLS, N.Y. -- Starting April 1, the Town of Bedford will be the direct landlord for the Bedford Hills Post Office, Supervisor Chris Burdick told Daily Voice. The change removes a layer from the landlord-tenant chain. Burdick explained that the post office has been subleasing the property from Mario Genovesi, who in turn leased it from the town.
