Car Break-Ins: Numerous Thefts Under Investigation In Northern Westchester Police in Northern Westchester are investigating a spate of overnight vehicle break-ins that resulted in personal items being stolen from unlocked cars. The break-ins happened in Yorktown during the overnight hours of Saturday, July 15 into Sunday morning, July 16, according to Yorktown Police. Father, Personal Fitness Trainer From Westchester Dies At 36: Leaves Behind 2 Daughters A fitness enthusiast and father who lived his entire life in Westchester is being remembered for his devotion to his family and love for riding motorcycles. Lifelong Port Chester resident Lester John Williams, Jr. died on Thursday, July 13 at the age of 36, according to his obituary.
