Garfield High School Open House Features International Food Tastings
GARFIELD, N.J. — Garfield High School will host its sixth annual open house Nov. 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will include building tours, parent workshops, academic presentations and information on school clubs, athletics and more. Everyone can enjoy international food tastings, coffee, dessert and prizes. The open house is sponsored in conjunction with the District HSA Consortium and GMS/GHS HSA associations. Bloomingdale BOE Scales Back Meeting Schedule
BLOOMINGDALE, N.J. — The Bloomingdale Board of Education will change its meeting schedule to once a month effective January 2016, northjersey.com reports. School district Business Administrator George Hagl told the school board the third Monday of the month would probably work best for the purpose of reconciling books, the article says.
